Lucie —Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Although the sound of her name conjures up images of that famed redhead stomping on grapes, the namesake of this vineyard is not renowned and is closer to home.

Like most oenophiles, we have swooned over a magnificent bottle of Burgundy. As the years pass, our list of 'favorite' California Pinot Noir producers keeps growing. We did not have a definite plan to expand our portfolio to include a Pinot Noir, but when opportunity knocked, we answered. In 2009 we were fortunate to obtain Russian River fruit from the Bacigalupi Vineyard.

Lucie —Russian River Valley Chardonnay
After almost twenty years of producing red wine, we had to try it! As with all of our wines, vineyard sourcing was our first concern, and we were thrilled to obtain fruit from this Dutton Ranch vineyard.

We followed our hearts with this wine and took our cue from some of the best winemakers in Burgundy. The 2012 vintage of Lucie Chardonnay is our first and we are pleased with the outcome. It is subtle yet has the complexity in taste and aroma that is integral to a great wine.
