2021 Pazzo (Call Me Crazy)

$42.00 $504.00

Pazzo (crazy in Italian) marries the best features of several varietals to create a unique and sophisticated blend. This vintage features Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Sagrantino and a dash of Malbec. With great care and expertise, we combine these selected lots to create an unconventional but delectable wine.

Upon first tasting the wine you are rewarded with loads of rich red and black fruits with a full bodied but not overpowering mouthfeel. Mild in tannins and with moderate acidity, this wine will pair nicely with a wide variety of food and is enjoyable now and over the next 5-7 years.

This is full-bodied with round, ripe tannins that give form to the ripe palate of plum and berry with some fig undertones. Round and savory. Drink now or hold.

Checking in as 54% Sangiovese, 28% Syrah, and the rest Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Red Wine has a lush, super sexy, full-bodied style that carries loads of red and black fruits, unsmoked tobacco, chocolate, and peppery notes in an undeniably delicious, pleasure-bent, balanced style. It's beautifully done and well worth seeking out! It should keep for at least 3-5 years, although there is no need to delay gratification.
